    Wilko's goes into Administration

My nearest former Wilko in Bexleyheath (London) has been turned into a B&Ms, and its signage says it will open on the 31st of May. If anyone is wondering how I know of this, I have seen this from being out today and I happened to find it in the place of where Wilko was.

    First South Yorkshire: General Discussion

This appears to be correct for at least 35285 as it has been repainted into the cooperative livery, as seen on Flickr (the image below is not mine). However I haven’t seen anything relating to 35261 being repainted as of yet. https://www.flickr.com/photos/159104080@N04/53728152044/in/dateposted/

    First Essex

I’ve found a photo on Flickr of 33987 fully repainted into the cooperative livery on the 25. The ph I have found is below - it is not my photo. https://www.flickr.com/photos/188585535@N04/53727185676/in/faves-199192809@N03/

    First Greater Glasgow

Sorry, but that’s not right, especially considering that they are already painting existing, non electric buses elsewhere in First Group. Here is an example, which is Wrightbus StreetDeck 35273 (in South Yorkshire), having been repainted a couple weeks back. Photo (not mine) liked below to show...

Looks like the next BYD Enviro 400 EV to be repainted into the new cooperative livery is 38407. Photo (not mine) linked below, although it doesn’t seem to be branded yet...

You know you’re getting older when……

Now I really know I am getting older. The reason I give for this is because I have sat my first written GCSE exam (I sat Combined Science Biology) this morning - hopefully I have good results from these exams!

TfGM Bee Network - fleet discussion

A user on bustimes.org has got a list of them. The one I picked up on (LV24ROU) is allocated fleet number 49902. 49901 (the bus that the edit is on) has been registered LV24RPY. The edit that confirms this information is linked below. https://bustimes.org/accounts/users/3392/

TfGM Bee Network - fleet discussion

It seems like Stagecoach’s new Mercedes-Benz Sprinters for the Bee Network have commenced delivery - the first one, plated LV24ROU has been delivered. I do not know the fleet number it has been allocated as of yet. Photo (not mine) linked below...

To the best of my bus knowledge, it stands for ‘Vehicle Off Road’.

Stagecoach North Scotland (Bluebird and Highland)

I think it’s because the vehicle lists are created by what is/have been tracking on the system. If they haven’t tracked on a route yet, then I don’t think they would be on the list yet. Source: https://bustimes.org/rules

    Accommodation suggestions and reviews

Club Marbella - Crown Resorts (Calahonda, Spain) This is a great holiday hotel that I have stayed in many times before. This is a return from when I last went in May 2022. The hotel itself has both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a small golf area, a room for playing poole and a bar. This...

    MasterSpenny’s YouTube Channel

This evening I uploaded a train video (in the ‘shorts’ form), something I haven’t done since around Summer 2022. The short is a 40 second video containing a Class 376 and a 12 car class 465 train.
