I'm not sure if I'm just more attuned to it these days, but Stagecoach's updates often present the information in a really dishonest way. I'm sick of service cuts being described as something positive that we should be grateful for!

Could they possibly squeeze a little bit more out of the new units by upping the current 4+4 diagrams to a 4+5, thus releasing a 4 to make a new 4+4 in place of a 5, and using the 5 to take the place of the original 4? My head hurts...

Opinion is more mixed than that - the current station is some distance from parts of the village, and is at the end of a really poor walking/cycling route. For a considerable chunk of Waterbeach residents the new station will be much more suitably located.
