    June 2024 Timetable Change

Maybe I am barking up the wrong tree here but there does appear to still be an 18:02 to Wrexham which calls at Stafford? https://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/service/gb-nr:C21828/2024-06-05#allox_id=0

    Off-Peak Return - e-ticket with 'mandatory reservation'

There's many different avenues that someone can take rather than paying for a seat reservation through them. X (Twitter) or email/phone customer service also availability is often available on the day to reserve.

    Railcard app update to 2.0.0

There’s currently an issue with this version to do with the barcode that appears on the Railcard, which is causing difficulty with scanning. They are currently working on a fix so that will cause another update to customers apps.

    OEBB refunds efficiency

Useful thread to have, I received an email 4 days ago telling me my couchette coach wasn’t available due to HŽ vehicle shortage. They advised that we could either travel and get 100% refund or throw it in now and get a refund processed. We chose the latter and fill out an online form, anyone...

ToD on Elizabeth Line core TVMs?

I imagine it would cause nothing more than a second glance from most staff at best.

Scotrail Kid for a Quid questions

Sadly true for a number of booking offices, the idea of looking something up (Almost like there‘s an internal lookup for these sort of things) is beyond some but that’s getting off topic. Looking at your username, Tribute X is what LNWR use so it should be as simple as a normal...

    Cruise News & Discussion

Yes, Bar was pretty interesting (especially if you're a fan of Soviet era buildings) I'm pretty sure both 7 days were near enough sold out. Partner for sure wants a balcony next trip, I'm not so fussed the difference being that most other Princess vessels had libraries if you wanted a quiet...

TfGM Bee Network - fleet discussion

It’s a good point, although having deckers trundling around the City Centre isn’t really ideal. As a side note, they will still presumably have the 12m school Versas or are they going as well?

TfGM Bee Network - fleet discussion

Are they expecting a massive upturn in passenger traffic!? Deckers are massive overkill.

    Clifton (Greater Manchester) service levels

I’d like to think a taxi would be organised if a passenger presented themselves!

TfGM Bee Network - fleet discussion

Funny you mention that as I noticed one broken down with recovery truck this evening at Piccadilly (YJ60 KDB) I don't recall this really being an issue when First had Queen's Road, has something changed or is it just bad luck?
