Train Managers GWR

High long shoot I know I recently took park in an assessment centre for GWR Host South Wales. During which I was advised Train manager was a better pairing with me (Ex-Police incident management etc) I can see what the role is via on line but am struggling to see how often these roles come up doesn't look very often appear to be via internal transfers etc. Any one with an knowledge if any of these vacancies are likely to come up along South Wales or am I better trying other entry points. You’d probably be best trying to pick up this discussion with the recruiters - either HR or the managers that interviewed you. Have they told you to reapply for a TM job, or are they considering you for one already?

Looks like you had a generally successful assessment day - no harm in trying to follow up on their advice to you
