The west side of Northern maybe, but the east side is pretty reliable in my experience given the ongoing IR problems.Northern which is an OLR TOC is no better for cancellations.
True but disruption can vary widely across the system depending on what diversionary routes are available & wether the affected TOC has crew & stock able to utilise them .The overhead damage is the responsibility of Network Rail though rather than Avanti.
