Change to Caledonian Sleeper refund conditions

In case this is of interest to anyone -

This will apply for any ticket purchased on or after 07 August 2022 with a travel date on or after 04 September
2022.
The refunds will be on a sliding scale.
 Refunds requested 7 days before travel a full refund will be available with no admin fee.
 Refunds requested between 7 days and midday the day before travel a 50% refund is available.
 There are no refunds if requested after midday the day before travel
Summary of which conditions will apply
 Tickets purchased before 07 August for any travel date the current conditions will apply
 Tickets purchased between 07 August and 03 September travelling before 03 September the current
conditions will apply
 Tickets purchased on or after 07 August with a travel date of 04 September 2022 or later, the new
conditions will apply

They have seen Night Riveria changed the refund conditions recently and thought "what a good idea" ?? The old BR type ones too generous perhaps.
