More Leeds StreetDecks are 35274 & 35283.

B9TL’s 37551 & 37560 have entered service at Doncaster.

After the service changes service X2 is a split operation with Olive Grove operating the Sheffield to Maltby journeys with Doncaster operating the Sheffield to Doncaster journeys. The X5 journeys to Maltby don’t inter work at Maltby. Quite a number of routes in Doncaster inter work although some like 315 just do this route all day.

According to my source at Olive Grove, 35261/3/4, 35270/3/4/9 and 35283 have arrived from Leeds so far. Departing from the South Yorkshire fleet are the remaining Enviro400s, with six stood down pending cascade as of yesterday.

33858, 33859, 33861, and 33862 have all transferred to Bristol over the past few days. 33725 is also off fleet pending transfer, destination unknown at present.

Sounds to me that the StreetDecks seem to be replacing the Enviro 400’s probably due to their poor hill climbing performance. As they seem a bit slow on hills.

33725 seems to have been for a while being a bit low on the rear.

The Enviro 400s are nothing short of unreliable. Cheap Alexander Dennis crock products that do 0-20mph in six business days.

They seem to have switched to a new font and layout of the destination displays today, which makes the text a fair bit bolder and easier to read. Not all buses have been updated yet, though.

Streetlite 63901 will also be getting this livery

It is the same style as Stagecoach Worksop use. Oddly First Doncaster has every blind scrolling, some with what seems like every street name mentioned.

It looks very smart, shame about the end of local liveries, did like the variety they brung but when transferring buses it can be awkward with wrong colours in the area. Look at Sheffield there is Olympia, Sheffield blue, Peak Link Green, Braunstone Bus Purple, Leeds Green, Blue front Urban, Fuschia Pink front Urban & Standard Urban. Then when Doncaster services arrive you have Red Buses & Mainline livery.

So, First have gone from corporate to local liveries (usually based on Urban) back to corporate.

Seen it stated elsewhere that 35286-91 are due at Eastern Counties, so we can make an educated guess.

Does anyone know the reason for Doncasters B9TL 36277 appearing repainted in Manchester bee network all over yellow? Seen it today, on service in Doncaster, it's not mainline yellow, definitely the bee network shade but with no fleet names and fleet numbers are in white on the glass like some other recent repaints. It was previously in the odd "donny spare" livery which it had only carried for about 2 years
