Don't know about paper tickets but a zone 4 ilink card would do the trick.

In addition to iLink, there are also two Sunday-only single mode tickets, one for rail and one for bus. The bus ticket is also usually made available every day during main school holidays, while the rail ticket is strictly Sunday-only.

The Sunday Tracker ticket is available all day every Sunday at a cost of £9. This covers the entire NI Railways network. From 6:30pm onwards it also becomes valid on Translink buses for journeys for journeys that can be made by rail.

The Bus Rambler ticket is available from 9:15am every Sunday and during main school holidays at a cost of £9.50. This covers the entire Translink bus network. From 6:30pm onwards it also becomes valid on the entire NI Railways network.

There are also a number of local day and period tickets, for example for the city bus networks in Belfast and Londonderry, town buses in other towns, and tourist-aimed tickets for services on the Ards Peninsula, around the Causeway Coast, etc.

Translink day and period tickets are valid only on Translink services. They are not accepted on any other operator's services, not even those Bus Eireann routes which carry passengers within Northern Ireland and accept Translink tickets. They are also not valid for travel to the Republic of Ireland (but can be used on cross-border services such as the Enterprise if the journey undertaken is wholly within Northern Ireland).
